Payment Information
Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe. We do not store, transmit, or have access to your credit card numbers or full payment details. We retain only non-sensitive billing metadata such as your plan type, purchase history, and Stripe customer ID.
Photos You Upload
When you submit property photos for enhancement, those images are uploaded to our secure servers and processed by our AI pipeline. See the Data Retention section for how long we keep them.

Communications

3. Why We Collect It (Legal Basis)
Performance of Contract
We process your account information, payment data, and uploaded photos because this processing is necessary to provide the enhancement services you have paid for. Without this data we cannot create your account, process payments, or deliver enhanced images.
Consent
We use Google Analytics (GA4) and Meta (Facebook) Pixel to understand how visitors use our website and to measure the effectiveness of our advertising. This processing is based on your consent, which you can grant or withdraw at any time via the Cookie Preferences link in the footer.
Legitimate Interests
We process certain data where we have a legitimate business interest that is not overridden by your rights, including:
- Fraud prevention and security monitoring
- Improving and debugging our service
- Sending transactional emails (account confirmations, receipts, processing notifications)
- Maintaining and operating our infrastructure

- Photos you upload: Retained for 90 days after the enhancement is completed, then permanently deleted from our servers.
- Payment records: Retained for 7 years as required for tax and financial compliance.
- Support communications: Retained for 3 years.
- Analytics data: Retained per the policies of Google Analytics and Meta Pixel respectively (typically 14 months for GA4).
